Menu Plan Monday - March 17

I love this time of year. All the public holidays and the beautiful weather - plus the feeling that the summer is nearly over - mean we spend a lot of time outside. Consequently, I haven't been cooking all that much. This week we're going back to firm favourites:
Bangers and Mash
Curried Fish
Chicken Pie
Chicken Salad
Veggie Lasagne

This is a short list this week because we are eating out Friday and Tuesday. Tuesday is budget night - part of the weirdness that is Canberra.

Hmm...
just doesn't have the same ring to it. Never mind.

Baked Marinated Chicken Wings with salad and green beans
Cauliflower soup with corn bread and left over chicken wings
Wonton ravioli (ricotta and basil)
Quiche
Lamb Stew
Pork Ribs with mashed potato and vegies.
